The Allies of Z


Our clan is a social clan centered around helping each other succeed, supporting each other's endeavors, and doing things together. The Allies of Z is a new clan with only a few members that we are hoping to grow into a prominent clan for players who want a group of friends to play the game with. Our goal is to have a diverse group of clan members (F2P, iron man, member, lvl 1, maxed account, mobile only, etc.) and always have people who are playing no matter what time you log on. We only want kind, caring people who give a crap about each other, especially anyone who has been mistreated or didn't find what they were looking for from other clans. We mainly speak to each other in clan chat and will always be inclusive to mobile only players, as both deputy owners are mobile only. Rules


Our clan follows all rules of OSRS and if we see that you are not, you will be kicked from the clan and reported. The following are our rules.

1. Be kind to others in the clan. Joking and colorful language are accepted, but we all know the difference between joking and actually being mean.

2. Always try your best to help the clan members who need help. This means not ignoring people that you could help. We don't expect you to read them a whole wiki page, but if you could tell them something that would help them, please do.

3. Do not treat people differently or be disrespectful to anyone if they are promoted earlier than you and likewise, don't treat people disrespectfully if they are a lower rank than you. You will be downranked one rank the third time admins notice this behavior and agree that it is occurring. If this happens and you are the lowest rank, you will be removed from the clan. If you are an admin and this behavior occurs, you will be downranked until you are not an admin anymore.

4. If you are in a rank that has permission, admin or not, and you abuse those permissions, you will be given one warning. The second time you will be downranked to Worker.

5. The Lootface Rule: Lootface is the treasurer of the clan. If you have a goal somewhere down the line and you need to solicit financial help, all members of the clan interested in contributing can discuss pooling money/resources for you with him. All members are expected to bring solicitation to the attention of Lootface via PM, and he will determine if clan coffer funds can be contributed by discussion with other high ranks. This does NOT mean you can't give money to someone who asks. This rule is in reference to clanwide soliciting

6. The Gardy-Gunner Clause: If you have an issue and do not bring it to the attention of an admin, then we cannot resolve it. If unresolved, and you leave, it will be assumed you were the issue. That is entirely on you. The Allies of Z Deputy Owner

Events and Changes


We discuss ideas for events and changes that we make to the clan within the clan chat. Every member of the clan's opinion is valid no matter what rank, so we will always take your opinion into consideration no matter what. This does not mean that everything you want to happen will happen. Admins and Owners have the final say in what we do as a clan, but we always appreciate your opinion. High ranking, non-admins also have a greater degree of influence on decisions (Rogue, Ninja, Master). We give these ranks out to people who have earned it so please don't be discouraged if a high rank non-admin disagrees with your suggestion. In the end, we might disagree with them and implement your suggestion.

We ARE NOT a clan that goes on raids as of now. We will never solely be a raiding clan. If this is what you are looking for, this is not the clan for you.
We do PvM sometimes, but we try to focus on many other things that are available and inclusive to everyone, no matter what level. Some of the things we do are: easy clue scrolls, barrows, skilling, quests, house parties, clan drop parties, holiday events, minigames, and general adventuring. We do throw a house party for clan members who get 99 in a skill every time.

The current things we do are bossing/event on Fridays and a skill on Saturdays. As the clan grows, we will add events and possibly do periodic challenges. If you join the clan, you will be updated about all of these things and any changes that the owners finalize the decisions on. The Allies of Z Deputy Owner

7. Do not talk badly about other clans or start any beef with them.

8. No hate speech or propagating any hate towards a specific group of people for things like their race, background, or nationality. This will absolutely not be tolerated and you will be kicked immediately.

9. The 24 Hour Rule: If you leave the clan for any reason, you have 24 hours to talk to an administrator to explain why you left and can have a chance to be let back into the clan. If you wait more than 24 hours, you will not be permitted to join the clan again. If you leave the clan a second time, you will also not be permitted re-entry to the clan. If you are thinking about leaving for any reason, whether it be you are unhappy playing the game or want to join a clan that focuses on raiding, please talk to an admin before you leave to let us know what is going on.

Participation


Events:
Every Friday we have an event or boss and every Saturday we have a skill day. If you are playing that day, we expect to see you at the clan event if you have the levels to do it. If you are not able to get on OSRS that day we understand, but if you cannot make it to the event then let an admin know if possible.

Note for higher level players:
The events that the admins come up with will be inclusive to just about everybody. That means some bosses that we do might not make a lot of gp. You are still expected to come to the events. You can organize your own events or ask an admin to organize a boss that is higher level and will give more expensive drops. Do not make these events the same day as the admin events unless you clear it though one of the admins first. This will most likely lead to downranking or being kicked.

Not Logging In:
If admins notice that you haven't logged on in a while, you will be downranked and eventually kicked. We are very understanding about peoples personal lives so if you are going through something and can't log in for a while please let the admins know and check in every once in a while. Downranking/Kicking


Members will be downranked or kicked for not following the rules or the participation guidelines we have set above. If you break a rule, it is likely you will be kicked immediately, but it is at the admin's discretion. If the admins notice that you are not participating and have not let us know why, you will be downranked and given a warning. The second time this happens, you will be kicked. If you are kicked, please feel free to PM one of the admins on discord or OSRS and we will explain why. You will not be kicked or downranked for participation if you communicate with the admins.
