WHAT WE'RE ABOUT


We are both a Social CC that organises a wide range of events and a PvM CC that has an integrated teaching system to help people learn and develop at PvM.

The discord is structured so that both aspects are separate with their own channels, mods and ranking systems but also so that we can all still hang out together and do group content together if we want to.

SPECIALISATION


After that to progress further in the clan you will have to develop in your chosen specialty.

When you join you will be asked to choose whether you are a
Socialiser
, a
PvMer
or both.

If you selected PvMer you can also select a group to help you find teams more easily. There are four options:

PVM TEACHING ROLES


Once you have achieved two bananas in the CC you can apply to become a teacher in the discord.

There are two levels of teacher on offer:

TEACHER


Requirements:

- 100 Raids KC, 200 Nightmare KC or 1000 GWD KC
- A member of Fracture for over 2 weeks
- 2+ Vouches

Benefits:

- Your buy-in for events will be paid for by the CC
- You will be able to enter the biweekly PVM Bingo
- Exclusive Discord emoji

SENSEI


Requirements:

- 500 Raids KC, 1000 Nightmare KC or 2000 GWD KC
- A member of Fracture for over a month
- 4+ Vouches

Benefits:

- Bronze Star
- Full admin permissions for the relevant guide channel and access to the stars channel.
- The streamer bot which will advertise your twitch every time you go live.

PVM ADMINS


Above the social stars will be the PvM Admins (Silver Star) who have additional responsibilities:

PVM LEAD


The PvM Lead is the overall manager of the PvM system.

PVM SPEED COACH


The PvM Speed Coach is a teacher with very fast raids times who is good at teaching others speed.

PVM INSTRUCTOR


The PvM Instructor is not necessarily someone with the highest bossing KCs, but is someone who consistently helps lower kcers.

SOCIAL ROLES


The social side of the CC is focused on attending, organising and hosting events for the community.

Some examples of what a social event could be include: boss masses, skilling events, minigames, fashionscape competitions, movie nights and any other group activity you can think of.

3 BANANAS


To achieve 3 bananas as one of the Socialisers you must meet the following:

- Level 5 in the Discord.
- Must have been a member of Fracture for more than 2 weeks.
- Must have attended 3 events.

SOCIAL STARS


Requirements:

- Already 3 Banana
- Must have been in the discord 1 month+
- Must have hosted your own 5+ person event

Benefits:

- Bronze Star in CC
- Access to Stars Chat
- Get to vote-on, plan and help organise events

If you're already 3 Bananas and want to host an event you can either create a ticket in the apply channel or write a suggestion in the event ideas channel and it will be considered by the other stars.

If your event goes well you will then become one yourself.

SOCIAL ADMINS


Above the social stars will be the Social Admins who have additional responsibilities vital to the running of the discord.

Requirements:

- Already a Social Star
- Has hosted multiple successful events
- Must be appointed by the other stars

Benefits

- Silver Star in CC
- More authority when it comes planning events
- If you perform your role well you may be considered to become a modder

EVENTS MANAGER


The Events Manager will be in charge of the CC calendar and will help hosts plan events and write their event post.

HEAD OF SKILLING


The Head of Skilling organises the biweekly Skill of the Week Event and helps with all skilling events. They will also be an experienced skiller who anyone can go to for advice.

SOCIAL SEC


The role of a Social Sec is to provide the bants, make everyone feel welcome and be the life and soul of the party. They should also play an active role in helping with events. There will be 2 of these at any one time.
