- About MercenaryPVM -

MercenaryPVM was founded on the 1st of January 2021 by Golden Light and Yin Kurama along side a team of dedicated players who wanted to create a clan tailored to high-end PVM without all the drama and toxicity that many clans suffer from.

Most of our members are based in North America NA or Europe EU, we run regular raids including CM, ToA, HMT and we're a great, more chill alternative to other clans such as Infernal, Valiance, Sanity and Oblivion. We're also a great choice for those looking to get combat achievements in a clan setting.

Whether it’s our PVM achievements, our thriving community or our frequent competitive and social events, MercenaryPVM offers the best place for chill and competitive gamers alike. We have grown continuously in the years since and have become home to of some of the best players to grace the game, are you ready to join them?

50+ Killcount in two of the three raids

Ranks & Prestige

To become a full member of MercenaryPVM you must first prove yourself during your time as our trial rank

Dogsbody

. This rank grants you full access to our discord and resources but to maintain your position within the clan, you must advance your total raid KC's by 25 within your first month.

After the month trial period is up and you have met all requirements, you'll be automatically promoted to our first full rank,

Serenist

. This is the start of your official journey with MercenaryPVM, so enjoy, game hard, get those splits and work your way through the ranks!

Prestige Ranks

After progressing through the base ranks within the clan, you may find yourself in a position to apply for a

prestige rank

. Prestige ranks are granted not only on split value and time in clan, but are a reflection of a players skill and gear.

With extra gear requirements, higher KC's and Combat Achievements completed you may be eligible for Dragonstone, Onyx, Zenyte or Wrath ranks. These ranks are balanced in order to give a good reflection of just how good you are, so can you join the illusive Wrath class?

Wrath is the highest prestige rank achievable in the clan, it has no required split value above “Beast” but Wrath class players must have all the gear required for all other prestige ranks as well as the Zuk helm unlocked.



Prestige ranks are dynamic meaning that to keep hold of your prestige rank you are expected to conform to any updated requirements. This is to insure the integrity of the prestige system.

Staff Ranks

All our staff are expected to be ambassadors for the clan , they should represent the clan values and conduct themselves in a manner that inspires confidence from clan members. All staff are responsible for the same basic duties, monitoring applications, teaching content, organising events and developing friendships with members to understand what the clan wants and needs to thrive.

In addition to this, staff are expected to hold several characteristics in the clan’s interest. These include, but are not limited to, being able to resolve disputes, being active and engaged regarding clan growth, having a calm and positive demeanor and being a skilled gamer capable of high level play.

Staff ranks are dynamic and regularly reviewed , they ideally reflect a balance of these attributes. Staff with higher ranks tend to be those who actively and consistently invest their time and energy to improve the clan in several ways and who enthusiastically take on extra responsibilities above the normal staff duties.

Lieutenant – Junior staff

The Lieutenant/junior staff rank serves two purposes, all new staff start as Lieutenant whilst they go through a trial period – those who prove themselves to go above and beyond may receive a promotion to captain, those who fulfil duties but do not take on extra responsibilities are likely to stay as Lieutenants as a permanent rank.

Captain – Staff

Staff members who go above and beyond the regular call of duty who may take on extra responsibilities such as regular event planning or teaching members higher levels of con-tent.

General – Senior Staff

Senior staff members are those who have had a long-standing position within the clan. They have proven themselves to uphold clan values rigorously and regularly go out of their way to improve the clan experience for other members, even at their own cost.

Deputy Owner – Clan Leaders

The highest rank attainable within MercenaryPVM. Deputy owners are equal partners in the ownership and running of the clan, this rank is reserved for those rare few who have proven beyond all doubt to be loyal and have only the clans’ best interests at heart. They must also meet all other criteria for staff ranks.

MercenaryPVM thrives on its community involvement, we're one of the best clans for regular events, social engagement and helping our members achieve their goals .

Social Events

From month long bingos to daily challenges, speed runs to masses, there's always PVM activity going on for you to get involved with. Events can range from single day roulette challenges to month long intensive sessions, sometimes competing against rival clans to show the MercenaryPVM spirit.

Since the birth of our clan, our standards have continuously been pushed up, and we have some of the best teachers in game to thank for that! They help all our members learn enjoyable, efficient content that often comes with huge splits. Rules & Standards

MercenaryPVM is a clan which values high quality PVM and a drama free atmosphere for our members. Although disagreements are bound to happen from time to time, if we all stick to the rules and abide by the reasonable standards we have in place, we can keep the clan an enjoyable and productive place for everyone.

Rule 1:
All Jagex rules are also our rules! We are not a haven for rule breakers.

Rule 2:
All valuable PVM drops must be shared equally among the team. Scammers will be dealt with harshly.

Rule 3:
No derogatory comments about IRL characteristics including Race, Religion, Sexuality, Disability or Political inclination. Our channels are NOT for these kinds of topics.

Rule 4:
Friendly banter is part of any social activity, however when this spills over into outright toxicity and bullying it can cause serious problems, so be respectful and considerate of other members.

Rule 5:
No use of paid services to obtain status items you would not otherwise obtain, these may include item kits and infernal capes among others. If in doubt, ask a staff member first.

Rule 6:
Unless otherwise agreed upon , you should bring your best gear and best play to all PVM trips, no intentional griefing of team mates, especially when attempting CA's or speedruns.
