Seeing as this was a buying and selling bond thread and turned into something else it's been locked.

As to the query as to purchasing bonds via mobile phones. It could take up to 24 hours for your play stores to transfer the funds to Jagex. I know not exactly what we wanna hear, it's happened to me as well.
