Can anyone PLEASE EXPLAIN why there are no impling pets??? A dragon impling following you would be so AWESOME!

Hear me out..
Only chance is when impling is caught(NOT LOOTED).. So purchased imps don't count towards pet chance?
Once obtained, can be changed by using caught impling on pet. (Kind of like tangleroot or snakling)
Pet chance scales based off lvl required. (Rare imps same chance as boss? E.G 1/300

Can we get this in a POLL??!?!?!
Let me know your thoughts and what you think would make pet Imps Awesome!
