Dear Jagex,
Due to the fact that world 345 is ordinary deadman mode, you have issued us with a painful penalty which does not match the leveling system in the game.
Recently ladies and gentlemen, we have been given a penalty of losing 7 levels in every unprotected skill when before the maximum you would lose is 3.
This is too much of a harsh penalty and completely removes pking from a game mode where pking is meant to be the core aspect, due to the fact that people at any level can lose 7 levels from each unprotected skill, those who are high level or even low level will have to grind harder than ever before just to get pking stats on a permanent game server which already gives 12 hours protection to new accounts, which means that if someone buys a bond, they can create a suicide account with ease, and quit after the end of the 12 hours.
And now with the recent update, Jagex has completely remove any incentive to skull at any higher level.
World 345 is at a rate of x5 exp, not x10 exp, or x15
This is too ridiculous for world 345 to continue to exist as a pking friendly community.
