hi was doing some raids last night with freinds and went to log on this morning only to find out that my 1.9B bank is now 40m cause it got hacked.. ive lost everything and extremely demoralized now that was hundreds of hours lost. im not sure what i can really do at this point tho i had auth for my phone and had bank pin for double security never had this happen before and im unsure how to move forward.

if anyone can help me out with this would greatly appreciate it i can send pics to prove bank and such

Work through the Security tips support page to review your security.

If your password was unchanged, your Bank PIN still active and your Authenticator still active, you need to check the 'Linked Accounts' tab and unlink any linked accounts you see, including your own. Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.

I hope you have changed your account password already.
If you haven't yet upgraded your account/s into a Jagex Account, you should do so. Jagex Accounts have stronger security including sending you an email every time there is a login.

i do recall being asked about a plugin for toa last night i realize at this point what went on and it is my fault i also understand that my items probably can't be givin back. ive learned to make peice with it tho and just rebuild and learn from the mistake

Mistakes happen, even if the magnitude of the loss was fairly steep. So firstly I'm sorry to hear what happened.

Definitely upgrade to Jagex accounts as those are far more secure and make any mistakes on our end far less likely to result in your account being breached like that.
