Looking to complete the SOA quest. I've asked on the official discord I've been ignored or referred to SOA friends chat. I've asked on FC for the last 3 days and received no answers. The only answer I got was from someone of the same gang. All I need is the Black Arm Gang certificate to complete the quest and looking for someone to help me. Thank you!
