OSRS Membership from RS3

I’ve got a maxed RS3 account with ~2.5B gp. I want to play an OSRS UIM or HCIM account and fund the membership from my RS3 account’s wealth.

If I understand correctly, the same RS account can share membership between RS3 and OSRS (one bond gives membership to each game account). That’s all good except that my account already has an OSRS account linked to it, which is not an ironman…

1. Can I delete my OSRS account (without deleting my RS3 account) so I can start an OSRS ironman account?
2. If not, can I create a new RS account and gift it bonds from my main account?

When you want to play as IM, you need a
new account
regardless it is for RS3 or OSRS. If you want membersip on your new IM, you need to buy membership, regardless with real money or bonds and again it has nothing to do with RS3 or OSRS.

You can't delete the existing OSRS profile on your main account.
You can make a new account, log into OSRS using it, make it an ironman or an ultimate ironman or whatever you want.
You can log into the new account on RS3. It doesn't matter if it's ironman or not, but I advise not making a hardcore ironman as if you die, it'll be permanently blocked from playing RS3.

Anyway, once the new account is in RS3, you can just trade over the bond. Even if the account is an ironman, you can then "use" the bond on the account to bypass trade restrictions. This works on OSRS, not sure if it still behaves the same on RS3, but either way, you CAN get a bond over to an ironman.

As I was trying to help another forumer on this forum I remembered that you can buy with bonds in game a code that gives access to membership. You buy a bond with your main and redeem a membership code. Then you go on the account you want the membership to be on and redeem your memship via the code you have.
Or, you can just make a new account, which will obviously be active in both rs3 and OSRS and with your main you buy bonds in rs3 then give them to the rs3 part of your new account and redeem them for memship.
