Im killing basilisk knights during a basilisk slayer task but when using melee I am not getting the slayer helm bonus. Am I doing something wrong or there's a big somewhere?

i did. im on an other slayer task now and i just dont have my slayer helm bonus at all for melee. anyone on the same boat?

how do you know you dont have the bonus?
