So I've been doing some Calvar'ion lately and I've noticed about 50% of the time I see the teleblock spell effect headed towards me before the PKer spawns in. The other half the time It happens as soon as they spawn in. Is this a lag thing or are people using macros or something to autocast teleblock?

so? just because you dont see the player doesnt mean they arent there. you are concentrating on other things after all.

While I haven't done this content could this be that your draw distance doesn't show them?

It's common to see ranged ammunition and cannonballs firing before the player/cannon its firing from comes into view.
