Can we please do something about this,

Theres tons of them on every world loads of clearly hacked very high level accounts just botting CG all day every day,

its like got the highest requirements in the game and the rewards are constantly being devalued
sick of seeing them a mod could hop through every world and just clear them out.

me and 6 others reported 1 of them yesterday 5k kc most obvious bot we have ever seen its still there going right now.

Perhaps this thread can give us some insights on some of the recent banning and then unbanning of the banned accounts shortly afterward:

This reminded me of a youtube video made by SirPlugger about a month ago regarding bots destroying OSRS and he mentioned plenty of CG accounts were banned and then unbanned many many times. It seems pretty much the OSRS team acknowledged recent unbanning of waves of banned bots were due to the (potential) claims they were hijacked yesterday on Reddit.

This is an interesting issue as we don't have any idea what criteria OSRS uses to justify unbanning of banned but hijacked accounts. I have a question though, does OSRS remove illegally obtained items/gp from the unbanned accounts? My feeling is if OSRS roll back unbanned account to the date when they detected such accounts they banned were hijacked, then it may at least help to discourage some bots asking their friends to hijack them and then file an appeal when they get caught.

Best action You and others can take is Report in game and Jagex will deal with them.

Sadly not a thing can be done about them via the Forums. They need to be reported in game only for Macroing.

I've locked this as Bot threads don't do much and end up locked due to replies left.
