Hello Jagex. Many years later and the pathing and mechanics for using spells on people are still buggy ( although I know You guys are busy no disrespect ) . Would You guys please consider looking into the pathing when You go to entangle a person or npc and based on the angle they are at, it just faces them instead of casting. Earlier today for instance, I went to Teleport block somebody twice, splashed both times, ok so I go for the third, and it turns to look at them and doesnt cast the TB . Had this issue many times over the years, its something about the angle at which they are in relation to you and the direction they are running away causes it to not cast. Very prevelant when aiming around a wall or obstacle but also happens in clear spaces based on where they are in relation to Your character. Its not that they are immune to the spell in any way, it just doesnt function. Thanks for Your time.
