I died at zulrah on my ironman and didn’t collect my stuff back, I then later died at the gauntlet and then it wiped my gear from the collector at zulrah? Don’t understand why when you don’t loose anything in the gauntlet? Is there someone I can claim my void back from or do I have to buy it again? Thanks.

Sadly you will have to do it over again. If you die from any other source when you have items in a death storage that storage will get wiped and the items wont be able to be retrieved again.

Gauntlet is considered an unsafe death.
Why? To penalize hardcore ironmen and ultimate ironmen, I guess? It doesn't really make sense, and its ambiguity in this regard should be addressed. Sorry about your lost items.
