This is the second time in a row that I got no exp for doing the minigame. I typed in my thieving exp before playing the game and I left the minigame and character didn't drink from the bowl or get exp.

The best way to get the testers attention if you believe there's a bug is to send a detailed bug report in-game. This is done by right-clicking the abuse report button which will then open a window for you to detail what you're experiencing.
