Upon investigation and determining through social engineering;
while maintaining an average of ~20+ players presumed using scripts or bots interacting with my ingame actions, assistance from a higher up IS required due to lack of report system handling large quantities. thanks! I aspire to continue making Runescape & Old School Runescape great!

Just so you know: whenever you report someone for macroing and/or use of bots, the system also detects if the area that you are reporting is part of a "hot spot". This isn't determined right away after you send in a report. It takes time for the investigation to occur. If you wish to share further details with Jagex, you may use the

email address.

thanks for the forum reply,
this is a in-game situation needed to make aware of a higher up(pmod in this case) to assist as it has been over a few weeks and all other required exercises have been exerted! reaching out to p-mods via in-game is a valuable resource but sometimes unavailable and forums are needed! thanks again! I aspire to continue making Runescape & Old School Runescape great!

a pmod can only mute for an hour.

if you have reported in game then the information will be sent to jagex which can do much more than a pmod.

remember pmods are players first, they are also not police, nor do they have to do anything if they see rule breaking in game.

Sorry but it's not a P-Mods job really. If You suspect someone of being a Bot then your report ingame works the same way as a P-Mods report works there is no difference. The accounts are added to a queue to investigate them. Then after a while Jagex deal with them. Depending on what the suspect it doing the ban temp or perm maybe issued within a few hours to a few days to several months. Jagex like to do a lot of investigating to see what they are doing.

I've locked this as even you say it's an InGame issue So the Forums is not really the place for this. Reports for " Macroing " send Jagex a hot spot of where the bots are and they will deal with them in time.
