and there is nothing jagex will do about it, they have made it blatant they refuse to assist anyone when this happens....

My account was hacked last night and bank cleaned for 900m~
I cant handle this any more.

Lost my phone yesterday, so I disabled my authenticator to be able to login.
Bank pin had been set.

somehow they managed to remove my bank pin and clean my account over the last 12 hours since the auth was removed.
They also set another auth on my account to prevent my from logging in.

I dont know what to do anymore but I cant do this.

there is also now jag account, if you had that which has been available, you would have had 10 codes that only you know to recover the account.

I'm sorry you didn't make it in time for the Jagex accounts but perhaps just take it as a lesson to be extremely careful when removing auth security even if its for something like a lost phone.
