yes,thats true but there are only 8 p2p skills in osrs. and some theys skill are expensive to train or very time consuming to level.
for example slayer and agility are very time consuming.
skill like construction need u to have lots gp.
so i dont think they are very low requirement,in order to enter them.
but this depends how you train ur skills and witch order.
and for having example having world what needs total lvl 725,would be pretty hard to get since max p2p toal level is 792.this would means you would need to have every p2p skill close to end 80 or nearly 90 to use theys worlds
