The streams have static timers, a 3rd-party client has had timer overlays for the streams for years(?), and even the official client on Steam has the timer overlay enabled by-default .

What is this joke? You may as well just skip the streams entirely and give direct XP. How does this pass any kind of game integrity? Out of all the RNG in OSRS, how is it not being applied to stream timers? People should not be able to just GPS through ToG and get max XP.

Why not, especially when they have all those flashing arrows showing us where to click to finish quests. It is just a matter of time before OSRS allows autoclicking plugins to complete all minigames, quests and boss fights. Why not call it Auto Mode and, of course, we need to pay extra membership for it.
