Question 11 got 69.8% and failed. And when I look at the amount voted in each section I see it is has been skipped by 62,728 people. It has close to more skips than question 4 has "Yes" votes.
I am genuinely frustrated that such a small minority got to decide. Yes I am an Ironman, but this skill were to be introduced to make Woodcutting more social.
I personally don't know how I'd handle this, but I personally primarily play a group iron man on OSRS, so I hope we can at least benefit from fires of group members.

It's always been the trend that the majority of players don't vote. Obviously this ebs and flows depending on how big the proposal is but IIRC a newspost suggested that its about 10% of the active player base.
There is every possibility that this could be re-polled in the future especially as opinions change/strengthen as we get closer to the release date. But for now it's important to respect the integrity of the poll in the short term.
