thanks for the input, unfortunately thats the first thing i tried. it doesn't work because the two characters aren't in the same launcher (one of the accounts isn't in the drop down menu) so as soon as i open a 2nd launcher it wants to log me out of the first.

what i'm trying is i've changed the email address to the same one for both accounts so now im going to try and import one of the accounts to the other. but at the moment i'm band from the website because i tried to log in too many times trying to sort this out.

If its not in drop down menu then you havent imortanted them both
