osrs mobile xp bar bug?

then i am doing seers village,ever time i start new lap xp bar disappear for no god reason then i climb to roof and then show up again after u climbed roof.
2th issue xp bar keeps randomly closing or then randomly opening again,even i did not click to close it.
are theys bugs or are they deliberate?

anybody having theys issues?
