You can do what you like with your own accounts as long as they are all legit and not botting.
You can give and take from any of your accounts at will and should be fine.
Not wanting to scare you but it does come with risks. You could be flagged for it but when Jagex check they should see it's all ok as it's the same IP etc. Just be aware of that.

My main has 99 herblore, but uses herb runs for gps (bonds don't grow on trees, you know

So what I have been doing is for my main to trade grimy ranaar and vials of water to this account, which cleans and puts them in the vial, gaining the exps, then trading them back to sell on my main. I have been doing it for a long time and would have gotten in trouble for it by now if there were any problems. As they say, if you aren't breaking any rules, you will be fine.
