Yeah please don't send more than one report because it only adds to their backlog!
It can be frustrating but rest assured they simply have a lot of reports to deal with. Not to mention that bots are a recurring problem.
If it makes you feel better the Jmods do post statistics from time to time on how many players they ban and the numbers are substantial.

I think they don't wait when they see just a few bots, but when they see over 9,000 bots they won't ban them one by one. For instance, the very same Mod Twisted went over to RS3 and banned the only few bots he saw right away:
