Report them, ignore them and move on! You don't need to become a pmod because you find some bots in-game! Good luck anyway!

Asking to be a P-Mod is 1 sure way to put Jagex off picking you.

Best way is to play the game and if and when you see Rule Breaking drop a report ingame to Jagex.
