I have been playing OSRS on my HP Chromebook x360 for over two years with no issues. For the last six days or so, the app won't launch. I have done everything possible in an effort to fix this. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times, ran a virus scan, tried using the browser, clearing my cache, checking the app and my device for updates, I even did a factory reset and it still won't launch.
I tried contacting Jagex about the issue and they said they are aware of my issue and attempting to correct it, but this is very frustrating. I pay my hard earned money to play this game and not being able to get on it is pretty unacceptable to be honest. I pay money to play it. I'm basically giving them free money. People in my clan are leaving because they think I have abandoned them and quit.
Can anyone help me with this issue? I am going crazy. Thanks.
