So, outside of the Nightmare Zone area, Dom has a rewards chest. It's functioning as it should, except for one small issue...there is no longer a supply of blue dragon scale dust. There used to be, as I bought one in the past, but now, the option isn't there. Can anyone let me know why this is? Thanks.

According to the OSRS team, it is removed with today's game update based on Poll 80. I have no precise idea where in Poll 80 did we vote for it and why they nerfed NMZ though.

Guess? Perhaps because of power creep? Or to remove undisclosed exploits? These are the most probably reasons for nerfs usually.
