When you don't have Asgarnia unlocked but have Kandarin unlocked the White Wolf Mountain (East Catherby Fruit tree patch) Tool Leprechaun Teleport is crossed out despite being able to teleport to it and have access to it. Doesn't affect the ability to teleport to that location but is visually crossed out.
