First off, I still feel jilted by the change to the protection prayers. I think a lot of people were upset by the pre-nerf to what was polled as 90% protection with 10% guaranteed recoil to attackers, but instead we got 50% chance of 10% return, and that rubbed me and others the wrong way. I still want recoil prayer to be a thing I can enjoy, and rebuke being an overhead nukes the possibility of ever having a recoil theme in conjunction with overhead protection.
Next, vindication was interesting as a possible thing I could use for thermonuclear devil as the bonus damage would make using that strategy actually rewarding. I'd rather just remove the prayer from the book and rework vespula if you want to make this book viable in CMs.
Fumus' vow feels like straight garbage right now. I tried dragon knife P++ , ddsing, and blowpiping trolls for some time. I never saw poison damage from knives or blowpipe, and dds only very rarely. I would like poison to be useful for general cases instead of just an extra point here and there or a cheese tool, so perhaps instead it could add flat slight flat damage per hit from poisoned weapons, or cause poison to build-up in intensity and deal a large chunk of damage at a critical mass of poison intensity. Just some offhand ideas, but I think this vow needs more work regardless.
The other vows seem ok I guess, but much less exciting than before--especially Cruor's vow and Glacie's vow.
But greatest problem of all is you STILL have not removed 1 tick flicking. I hate this mechanic so much because it's not fun or enjoyable to do everywhere. A little bit is ok, but it quickly burns me out. I basically want to just vote no to everything until you make it drain at least 1 prayer point on activating your first prayer from no prayers active (and reduce drain rate a bit to compensate). I haven't decided if I will be doing that yet or not, but suffice to say I'm super disappointed about the lack of action about this.
