How does that refute the claim it didn't pass the 3/4ths vote? 71% =/= 75%+
With that said though, it's fair to say sailing passed the community. People that votes yes for it want it out of interest. It's safe to assume most people that voted no did so for selfish reasons, likely that they don't want new content just cause (new = bad, ree old-school, etc), or voted no out of spite for some past decision or to be against the community. People know what group they're a part of, and I'm betting Jagex knows too. I'm also willing to bet that most people that voted no took no active part in discussing their specific qualms about the skill before the poll. And finally, it's

engagement to claim to be against Sailing because of course people are going to argue with you; what better way to shunt people to your donation/pateron/YT ad-listed videos than to be loud about a popular issue? I've seen it blatantly on X and you people (imo) are what's wrong with OSRS and gaming in-general today.
