I'm not sure if this is the correct area to post this, was told to give feedback in the OSRS thread. It is disappointing that I can not have the limited/permanent ironman status removed on an account with nearly 3000 hours played and 2100 total. I made a mistake and died in the wilderness with a precious item through my own fault. Feels inconsistent as some of my other 2k total iron friends had customer support remove their status.

Hey, IM Karmuh.

As per the information on the Remove Ironman status Support article, Limited or Permanent Ironman status may not be removed.

" If your Ironman status is set to ‘Limited’ or 'Permanent', unfortunately, we're unable to undo this action and your account will remain an Ironman indefinitely . Accounts with a 'Limited' status will have the option to downgrade to an Unranked Group Ironman account instead."

That's why it's a permanent decision; there is a warning about that.

Regardless, I wouldn't give up on an account with such an amount of time invested and such a high total level. Maybe make a new character that isn't an Ironman? Meh.

Hello,
While playing on my IPhone 14+ any attempt to communicate is met with difficulties in comparison to quick chat. Auto correct will change words even after I confirm and select each one then press send the whole message at times is changed to something similar to what a toddler may attempt.
Some things it seems I’m entirely forbidden from attempting to say.
I do not know if I’m experiencing a child lock or a general failure of the system but it’s a bother to have my speech altered.
Like completely start to finish anything that triggers text altering in your program is altered in a repeated sequence. If I say sorry I meant “_” it’s changed again the same way.
But it looked correct both times before pressing send.
