so here what i mean.
then you skill level up,it will promte you click and continue.sometimes it will show you new things if your skill is enough good.
but for some reason then you click continue it shows you nofting,even if there are otems available.i always check skill info.

this is known bug or glitch and this even happen if you are not in combat and dont move after getting level.

i think this issue well known over 5 years and jagex has tried nofting to fix it.
seriously why i am paying my membership,if they cant even fix such small issue.

I think you're saying that levels with key milestones aren't showing that you can now access those milestones?

If you believe that's the case, I'd send it in as a bug report perhaps using the in game bug report feature.

you think i not done this?

this issue has been happening years and years and nofting done to fix it.
i think this issue is atleast 5 years old or since osrs was added
