You really missed the point many of us were making and your "apology/explanation" only makes it worse.
You admit, what we all knew, that items can be returned but will not, no matter the circumstances unless someone at Jagex feels you are important enough.
The content creator admits to using NO security measures!
You claim that "With an inability to remove items, it would mean we are injecting items into the game economy, which could have irreparable damage to the intricate player-run system that the health of the game so heavily relies upon." When you regularly remove items from the game through the G.E. to artificially keep prices high.
Ultimately, fortunately for Jagex, people love the game but really hate Jagex for the constant double standards. ie: bots are bad, unless they have a member account and make us money, we acknowledge your use of security measures failed to prevent a hijack but we will only return items to a content creator who uses no security but makes us look good.
Should have had someone, not paid by Jagex, proofread before putting this out, smh
