If you've done the Fremennik Trials quest, you can get a pet rock from Askeladden in Rellekka and use that to open the doors. Place the pet rock on one side of the door and stand on the other side, you will be able to open the door without requiring a second player.

You will also need to use the special attack on a rune thrownaxe to destroy the door supports later down that path if you navigate it solo - you will want to throw the axe at the middle support. Once you are past that you can make it the rest of the way without requiring anything special.
