I just saw a person holding a zamorakian spear on both shoulders similar to old timey water buckets, I cant seem to find anything about it and im not sure if its part of solomons or not.

If it's the animation I think it is, it's the assassin walk when standing still.

To my knowledge, any 2H item when you have this walk activated makes the item rest across your shoulders - including staffs, spears & 2h swords.
So, it's not a Solomon store exclusive. If you only do what you can do, you will never be more than you are now.
