Add more recolorable weapons

Between the most recent recolorable weapon(s) the valkyrie and the Nautilus pack (released back in November 2016) there are like 86 cosmetic weapon overrides added into the game yet all of those 86 can't be recoloured, this also means in 2 years time you haven't released a single weapon override that could be recoloured.

Make it so a bit more weapons can receive a recolour option.
