-Resolved-

(I know there's a thread on this, but it was made in 2016 and didn't answer my question)

I have been a member since 2007, and I have never missed a month of payment as you can see under my forum name; yet I only have the 5 year crown. Solomon's store says I have over 9 years of cumulative membership, and only 9 months of consecutive membership, how is that possible as I haven't missed any payments?

I understand it must be "consecutive membership" but there's no way I lost my membership and maintained a 2007 badge. and I haven't been forced to a f2p server once lol.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

IIRC, its based on when sgs started so in 2012? or so.

So its not based on when you first got membership.

The fact I've been a paying member since 2007 means I've been paying since the start of Solomons.. So why wouldn't I have all of the crowns?

So no, you shouldnt have all crowns as no one does even if they started day 1 when rs got released.

In case you didnt read it, its not based off your membership but when you joined the program.

Just because you've been playing for so long doesnt mean you auto-joined.

They started keeping track the day sgs got released.

Heres a quote from Mod Luce about this matter:

You have almost answered your own question to be honest! As you have advised the 5 yr loyalty crown was only released this year, which mean that the loyalty programme itself is only just over 5 yrs old.

So where you may have membership for 10 or so yrs, as the loyalty programme was not introduced until 2011 it has not reached the 10 yr loyalty crown itself!

Thus proving just because you started before the program means nothing.

You'll get each "highest tiered" crown when every other person who started before sgs does.

Not before.

Sorry, real life became busy because of my newborn.

I will say again, I have been paying membership since 2007, and I was apart of the loyalty programme when it first came out... what more do I need to say? that would mean I should have the 9 year crown AT LEAST..... Literally I can't explain it any better.
Me saying I've been paying since 2007 is just my proof that I haven't missed a payment, not "where's my 12+year crown!" I understand there's a difference...

"no one has all the crowns" actually the 10 year crown was available earliest on 2020, May 28th.. so what do you mean?

Loyalty Programme release: 2011, June 28th..
That was a time I was very active on Runescape, and I was 100% apart of this.. I have been getting 15k loyalty points per month for years now.. Are you missing something, or am I?

I understand you are just trying to help but you don't seem to understand that I've been with the programme since the start of it.

Also I said in my first post that I saw the previous post on this subject, I am aware of the Jmod response.

One of your payments (9 months ago) must have just missed the Loyalty Programme's grace period, which is 7 days.

This is different from the Membership Rate grace period that allows you to retain your grandfathered membership rate if your membership does not lapse for more than 14 days. The date under your forum avatar represents the Membership Rate grace period.

(The most common cause for a lapse is needing to update your credit card info because your bank has issued you a new card with either a new number or a new expiration date)

If you want to dig into this further, you can use the "Contact Us" button on the Didn't receive my Loyalty Points page in the Support Centre to send in a ticket.

Thank you, that is actually helpful. Although I do think its pretty unfair considering the players maintained their grace period.
