Keepsakes item won't work.

I keepsaked my master invention cape, and now that I am F2P, it won't work. When I click apply, a confirmation menu comes up and says, "Some of your selections cannot be equipped. Please purchase, unlock, or undo the changes to continue." Then in the menu it lists 'Keepsake Slot 14' and hovering over the arrow says item unavailable.

Is this some sort of glitch? Is there a max of items you can have keepsaked in F2P? My keepsake item in slot 15 works fine, as well as my other master cape.

If the cape represents a member's skill and is keepsaked, it will not appear on free-to-play servers saying that the player no longer has the requirements to wear it.
