SURVEYS- NOTHING WORKING

Hi,
having done a lot of the surveys and even downloaded the dodgy programs for the free runecoins, i've discovered that 9 times out of 10 the runecoins don't work what so ever...

Doing the surveys is all fine, however downloading some dodgy program that is probably filled with viruses that we don't need on our computers and must keep for a certain time period..

Well the surveys would be fine.. But I've only ever got any treasure hunter keys or rune coins form downloading that dodgy program and waiting for the transaction then removing it, the surveys don't seem to work at all. If i also try redo them, because of it not working, they come up complete and say i can't or go to some chinese website with a domain from here, when i'm not from china and can't read any of that.

Also a non-related suggestion would be: is it possible for a few JMods to keep Friends chats open for anyone to join, that way we don't have to make a twitter or whatever social media they may use just to contact someone about suggestions or bugs within the game that are affecting us right now, such as being stuck somewhere, etc.

I would recommend getting in touch with the provider of the offer to see if they can resolve your issue. Click here and scroll down until you see 'Earning Rewards Troubleshooting', click the article for the provider that you used and then follow the instructions. If the provider is unable to resolve the issue(s) after contacting them, there's an article here to get in touch with Jagex directly to see if they can help ^_^

I have a few ideas to help you with the surveys

I have gotten over 24k runecoins over 4 accounts in last almost 3 years.(3 years in July)

I have only gotten surveys to work with Peanut labs. I am not saying the other is bad or

whatver, its just that I personally have never gotten them to work.

First thing, you are asked to fill out a profile. When you do the survey you must have
the same answers that you did for the profile or you will be disqualified.

Also, i never download anything. I do have an email set up just for these surveys because
of all the junk mail i receive.

Also when i need just a couple runecoins to finish out something I need, peanut labs has a choice to get the smallest amount of Runecoins, i look at the ones that offer 1 to 4 runecoins which involves looking at a slideshow or going to a website usually medical and
interacting with the site.

I hope this helps. Now, I have had some that did not pay out or that i felt like i did the survey then was disqualified, but with peanut labs i have had more pay out than not. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
