HELP. Issue with store coding?

Hey there everybody.

I'm not a forum type of guy but this issue has driven me insane to the point where I have no other option but to come here for help. I have tried to troubleshoot and solve this problem, but to no avail.

I wanted to earn RuneCoins for Solomon's Store, so I went to the store, logged in, and clicked "Earn". The screen went black and a little loading symbol appeared, and then after about 10 seconds of loading, it just went right back to the previous screen. I tried clicking "Earn" in 3 different places:
1) The front page of the store, in the top right of the interface
2) I clicked "buy" on an item, and "Earn RuneCoins" on the small buy screen that popped up
3) I went to Account Settings and clicked "Earn"
It just sent me back to the page I was on when I clicked "Earn".

Now, I tried several things to fix this.
1) Disabled all features and parts of AdBlock.
2) Enabled all cookies for Runescapeand affiliated sites
3) Disabled my malware program
4) Switched web browsers (tried using Firefox and Microsoft Edge)
5) Switched computers (used 2 other Windows computers and 1 Mac computer)
6) Used Steps 1-4 on those 3 different computers
Nothing. Same as before.

So, this got me thinking. What if I tried to buy RuneCoins? So I clicked "Buy". Aaaaaaand I got the same result as before. It just went back to the previous screen.

I can't even give Jagex all my money if I wanted to.

HOWEVER, I then tested out Treasure Hunter, and clicked "Earn keys". And just like that, boom, an Offer Wall opened up with 3 sets of offers that I could complete to earn Treasure Hunter keys. But I don't want Treasure Hunter keys. I want RuneCoins.

And after all my troubleshooting attempts, I don't know if the store coding is bad and is not directing to the right page, but I'm out of ideas. And I need help.

Hello there I am extremely mad right now that I just bought a membership again for 10 bucks a month when it was 5 before, anyways I currently cant not do anything in the game!!! I have no ability to buy items or deposit anything in the bank without my long forgotten pin from more than 7 years ago. I am livid that I am going to waste 6 days on my membership of 1 month. I want access to my bank account immediately and I want 6 more days added back to my membership. This new version of runescape is very bad in getting threw to the support staff. I can give you all the old information from this account besides the pin.

Unfortunately, this is the downside (and benefit) of having the bank PIN security feature enabled. It's designed to keep hijackers out and the account's items protected. There is absolutely no way around the bank PIN cancellation period, so you'll have to wait the remaining days before it will be lifted.

I can certainly understand the frustration you feel, but there's a lot of game content that you have access to that does not require a bank. I also want to point out that most RS banks have a bank deposit box, which allows you to put items into your bank without accessing it, so you can still work on gathering skills such as woodcutting, fishing, divination, etc. You could also take this time to train a bit of Dungeoneering, thieving, or agility. After a 7 year absence, there's a lot of new content to explore. The 6 remaining days really will fly by faster than you expect.
