i wish i knew the link to help you get to customer support. I would go there and summit a ticket. I am sure they will be able to get it straightened out for you.
But in the meantime before someone comes over and gives you a link or better information....
Do one thing, make sure you are logged in to the correct account. I have accidently purchased things on wrong account before. Or logged onto the wrong account in game.
So check that while we wait for someone to give you link to customer support.

I haven't been in the game for a while and I came bck a couple days ago and cant find any of my outfits I bought from Solomon's store .... I found the pets finally but no outfits .... I'm wearing one now and would like to change up once in awhile ..... ty for your time

Returned to RS just over a week ago after a few years.
I can't access accessories I bought separately (wings). There is a way to look up "hands," but not wings or back.
Discouraging me from Solomon's Store until this matter is cleared up.
