The main issue with most of the outfits are the clothes not really changing colors.
Or there is a part of the outfit that does not change and therefore what can change
doesnt match if you change it.

For the most part, the best thing jagex could do to help the store along would be
to make sure the outfits have different colors.

The party wyvrn is one example that really irks me. It is a lovely design.
It can even be looked at as a pet who wants to ride along. But for the love of
God (your pick on which) why cant we recolor it? I mean the way it is now, i
can only use it with a purple outfit.

Anyway, jagex could do so much more with the store and have so many opportunities
to please its customers who love changing their outfit.
The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

Agreed. The ability to change the colour of clothing was present when Solomons store first opened. So it’s weird that it wasn’t implemented from the get go.

Maybe it was a technical issue or designers wanting the end product to be as close to their vision as possible. Who knows.

I think it’d be difficult to retroactively add the ability to change colours as we like. Since some outfits have had different colours sold separately.

Going forward though I’d certainly be more likely to purchase a cosmetic if I could colour more of its components.

As for the Party Wyvern it’s a unique case since it was a player contest winner, I think adding some additional colours you’d expect a wyvern to be would be a nice bonus. But ultimately it’d be up to Jagex & the player who created it.
