I bought a reoccurring membership on April 28, 2019. I got 500 loyalty points. On May 25th, I got a message from Jagax saying that they have received my payment. When i went into my account on the Solomon Store on Saturday May 25th, it said my next payout was in 2 days. Well Monday May 27th came around and it said payout was in 0 days. but nothing. So, I thought it gets paid at the end of the day. May 28th, and no loyalty points, and payout still says 0 days. I have emailed and tweeted Jagax and no reply. There was no laspe in membership, the money is already out of my account. I am very frustrated because I was looking forward to those points!
