Dropping your main hand weapon to the floor sometimes
Yawning
Tripping while running
Walking slow
Stretching at intervals
Sleeping bag incorporated somehow (to remind us of RS Classic)

TL; DR Animations similar to the Dream Lunar spell except Permanent
