I've bought 2 Growth Surge items for my legendary pet but they're not appearing either in my bank or Inventory please help.

Look in the interface.

I know if you buy the "snacks" to make them grow faster it is in the pet interface.

Look there. I do not know for sure where at but look under the pet tab. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
