Hi Roverino! Jagex temporarily bring some items back every year during the Solomon's black friday sale, although unfortunately the item you're looking for might not be one of the returning outfits.
One nice thing about the Sleigher armor is that if it doesn't appear during the black friday sale, it might become obtainable during Christmas, either through the store or event shop. That's just more speculation on my part though.
Personally, I'm hoping for the Shadow Owen outfit to return this black friday sale. It'd be awesome though if they just brought back everything from the store's history for one massive final black friday sale, since I thought they're planning to remove the store eventually anyway (gonna become part of the Marketplace I think?).
