Keepsake key issues!

I purchased a keepsake key for my (5 year veteran cape), I spent cash and built my outfit around this cape.. I was happy with the outcome until this morning. When I logged in, my cape was removed and I'm unable to wear it. It explains I dont meet the qualifications, when I was just able to purchase another vet cape from hans.
Please help asap.
