Currently there is no way to return nor downgrade any auras.

With the loyalty program rework, it could change, but the details of it and when it will arrive are still up in the air.

Nope, you cant return it as all sales are final.

Also, why would you want to downgrade anyways?

I mean you obviously chose to get the next tier plus downgrading just means you get less use out of the aura.

Blackwing and CoolBeans568 are both correct (thank you), unfortunately, Loyalty Points cannot be refunded.

Downgrading to a lower tier would only apply if you wish to get a different type of auras to start with, but once again, it will not give you any refund of Loyalty Points.

I do wish that you can still get to enjoy the one you purchased until you are ready again to get the aura you were wishing for. :)

Are you saying it's possible to downgrade to a lower tier? I would be interested in learning the method even if the Loyalty points are not refunded. I'm kinda OCD so having something on my account that I didn't fully intend to do bothers me more than it would most other people.

Also just for neatness, i don't like having a mistake aura. But I can live with it I guess, but I do with there was a way to downgrade or use lower tier auras.

No you cant downgrade and i dont see it happening IMHO.
