The wilderness 4 sword hasn't been removed, if you've lost or destroyed, it can be reclaimed from Kolodion or Mr Ex for 100k
If you're asking about the cosmetic one, it should still be in your wardrobe. If not, check your filter settings to make sure you're not filtering it by mistake

For reference: Anyone who keepsaked the wilderness sword prior to it being added as a cosmetic override should receive their keepsake key back
