Why is the same stuff always on sale the last few years? I have all but one or two things that have been on sale and don't really want what's left.

Have somewhere around 70% of stuff actually, what's left I'm not gonna pay full price but you never put it on sale so I don't buy more runecoins to get the rest at a discount.

Seems like the practice of rotating sale items every few days like you used to has been abandoned, kinda like the store........

Hard to sell old merchandise that even you Jagex don't seem to care about. Typically why sales work......."well, I don't know If I'll ever wear that Squid cape but it's only 50 RC, ok I'll get it."

Agreed. Unfortunately I believe jagex is unable to put new items for solomon's sales because of technical limitations. They seem to have mostly abandoned sgs and are putting new cosmetics in the marketplace.
